There are absolutely no refunds only store credit will be issued for rituals after 3 moons, products damaged during shipment, phone and text orders. Results are not garunteed.   1. Do you offer free services?

    I appreciate your interest in my services, however, my services are fee-based. I do not offer them for free. Furthermore, I understand budget constraints can be challenging. However, my pricing reflects the value and quality of the service I provide. Thank you for your time and attention. I look forward to doing business with you.

  2. How long will it take to see results?

    This is a frequently asked question. As stated above, all situations/cases are different. Magick takes time to manifest. A reading will be performed if your work has been longer than 3 moonphases.

  3. I did not receive instructions with my order, how do I get them?

    If your order did not include instructions, then please notify me immediately and instructions will be emailed to you.

  4. Do you offer payment plans?

    Yes we now offer payment plans through Affirm, Klarna and PayPal Pay in 4.  I do not hold orders when a payment plan is used. Your ritual work is performed within 3 days after the first half of your payment is made. if you choose to use a payment plan using cashapp, venmo or Zelle please note Balances must be paid within 14 days NO EXCEPTIONS.

  5. When are orders shipped?

    All orders are shipped same business day after payment unless you have a custom order then there will be a 7 to 14 day delay or if the day falls on a holiday. In order to comply with PayPal for security measures and to ensure your protection as well as mine, I will only ship to the billing address provided on the PayPal receipt. Tracking number(s) associated with your order(s) will be provided to you by email within one business day.

  6. What payment methods do you accept?

    BLACCEMPORIUM.COM  processes payments through Stripe, Google Pay or  Paypal or Paypal Credit, Klarna, Affirm.  Alternative methods such as CashApp ($blacwido), Venmo (@Blaccwidow), Zelle, Western Union, and MoneyGram can be used for phone orders. To place an order over the phone, please have the items you want ready to tell me or you can SMS me the links to each item and/or service you want to purchase. IF YOU ARE USING AFFIRM THROUGH OUR WEBSITE  Payment options through Affirm are subject to eligibility, may not be available in all states, and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders. CA residents: Loans by Affirm Loan Services, LLC are made or arranged pursuant to a California Finance Lenders Law license.”

  7. How do I contact you?

    You can find my contact information located on the bottom of your instructions for your order, or email wiccanwitch0@gmail.com, blaccemporium@yahoo.com. If you wish to speak with me verbally, there is a $300 consultation fee for up to 30 minutes of talk time that must be paid before that begins. If you wish to text me, there is a $200 consultation fee for up to 30 minutes of online (text) time that must be paid before that begins. For my existing customers experiencing an emergency support, the fee is $650 for up to 45 minutes to talk time. You can make a payment here and I will contact you via the method of communication you chose as soon as possible in the order your request was received unless this is a paid emergency.

  8. Will your services possess me, my children, or pets?

    No. For all clients that order curses, I send protection and cleansing candles, potions and tools to cleanse the home of unwanted energy. If you do happen to experience any paranormal events caused by other things unrelated to the work I perform for you, I do offer emergency cleansing kits.

  9. Who do you conjure? Satan?

    I work predominately with God AMUN RA, Seraphim angels, Angel portals, Djinn spirits, Fae and Mermaid spirits and many other white light spirits. However, for baneful work I work with Astaroth and other dark entities. You are not selling your soul, or making a pact with Satan..

  10. What is in your potions? Is it safe to use?

    My potions, oils and perfumes are made with fresh herbs, essential oils, roots, hypo allergenic soap and lotion bases and special serums to help boost your work and help merge your energy. It may or may not cause an allergic reaction. Please test on a small portion of your body. DO NOT APPLY TO FACIAL AREA. Most of my potions are made to use for 3 days if you are sent 3 bottles.

  11. What is the shelf life for your potions, oils and perfumes?

    All potions, oils and perfumes are made after you place your order and not sooner. Shelf life on all potion is 14 days, oils are 90 to 120 days and perfumes 365 days.

  12. Will I be able to see my work after a 7 or 14 day ritual? Photos will be sent to each client if requested BEFORE the ritual. If you wish to have a video there is a $500 charge.
